These terms govern use of ITIN Solutions websites and the ITIN assistance services provided by TaxFlow Labs (“we”). By submitting an application or paying a fee, you agree to them.
What we do
We help you prepare an ITIN application (Form W-7 and related information), collect the assistance fee, confirm your identity with a live passport photo and selfie, review your file, and submit it to the IRS. The service is handled remotely.
Who provides the service
ITIN Solutions is powered by TaxFlow Labs, which prepares and files the applications submitted through this site. Emails about your application, payment, or inquiry may come from a taxflowlabs.io email address.
What we do not do
- We are not the IRS and do not issue, guarantee, or expedite ITINs
- We do not provide legal advice or a CPA opinion unless a separate engagement says so
- We cannot accept photocopies in place of original identification when the IRS requires originals or certified copies
Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate information, complete the identity check with your own current passport and a live selfie of the applicant, supply the identification the IRS requires in the form we tell you it must take, and respond to our follow-up. False statements can delay or deny an IRS application. The identity check is for our review only and does not replace IRS original-document rules.
Fees and payments
The posted assistance fee is $297 unless we confirm a different amount in writing. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. The fee covers our assistance, not IRS charges. Chargebacks for completed review work may be disputed.
After you apply
After you pay, we email a private link for the identity check. Our team then reviews your file and contacts you with next steps. Timelines depend on the completeness of your information, completion of that check, and IRS processing.
Refunds
If we have not yet begun reviewing your file, you may request a refund of an online payment through our contact form. Once our review work has been performed, the assistance fee is earned unless required otherwise by law.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
IRS processing times, rejections, and requests for additional information are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for the website and assistance service is limited to the fee you paid us for the engagement.
