Get your ITIN
Our team reviews your file and files Form W-7. We monitor it with the IRS and let you know as soon as it is approved. IRS processing typically takes about 7 weeks, or 9 to 11 weeks during peak season (January 15 through April 30) or from outside the United States. If it is declined because of a mistake on our side, we correct and refile at no cost to you.

Form W-7 ties a tax number to one person for life. Before we prepare it, we confirm that the person applying is the person named on the application, a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. It keeps someone else from applying in your name, catches name and date-of-birth mistakes before they reach the IRS, and protects the personal details you trust us with. This is our own review step, not IRS identity authentication.

Lay it flat in good light and capture the whole photo page, including the two lines of letters and numbers at the bottom.

Take a live selfie and submit
Face the camera so we can match you to your passport photo, review the details we read, and submit. It takes about five minutes.
Photos are taken live with your camera; uploaded photos are not accepted. If a photo is unreadable or the selfie does not match, you can retake it, and our team reviews anything the automatic check cannot confirm.
